JCB 210S Skid Steer Adapter

I don't want the SSQA plate to pull away from the JCB plate. The JCB has 1" verticle plate and the SSQA has 3-1/8" rectangular tubing runing horizontaly.

Your hydraulic boom pole looks strong enough that it won't bend the upper lip, like my fork frame did.

So finally had a chance to get some brackets made and get this thing tack welded together. Have run into a couple issues.
1. The handles won't stay up so I can get things attached. Working with Skid Steer Solutions on this.
2. I can get the Sheyenne boom and Construction Attachment forks to mount but not my Bobcat bucket or auger. It seems that the new quick attach will not slide up into the attachments far enough so that the pin can lock. It only does this on the Bobcat attachments.

Anyone had a similar issue?

Here are the specs for the SSQA.

Check the top angle and length to the bottom bend.

I'll check it against your dimensions when I get home tomorrow. It is ground to a sharp point at the top. I was wondering if some of that needs to come off. Nothing like purchasing something and having to fix it.

The critical dimension is where I added the arrows in the pictures, if too long the pins won't latch.

The attachment plate should be flat against the front of the quick attach.

Where you have a 16" measurement for the face I have 15-3/4" which I think is too long still. Skid Steer Solutions hasn't been much help.

Here is my V417 quick attach plate, notice the rounded surface.

Your plate may have a sharp edge at the bottom, that would hit the weld on the latch bracket.

You can put the bucket on, look up from underneath and see how close the latch pins are to the slots.

I had to file the left side slot (where the grease is), so the lever would go down, when this bucket was new.

Yes. Neither of the bobcat attachments sit tight against the attachment plate. The auger will not even sit down even on the plate. Kind of hard to look up and see if its hitting anything in the top. There is a 1/4" to the 3/8" gap at bottom of plate on the bucket. That makes me think the plate is too long.

Check the width at the top. Maybe it's to wide and not letting the Bobcat attachments slide down all the way.

Put some grease on the top edges of the quick attach, then try the bucket. Remove it and look for grease spots to see where it was touching the bucket.

Will do Xfaxman, good idea on the grease. Recieved an email from Skid Steer Solutions and sounds like the springs are too short. Hopefully they'll be sending the correct ones out.

Well I recieved the new springs which didn't do much. The weight of the handles lets them fall over and not stay up. I might do like Bobcat and see if I can find some springs to push against the handles at the pivot point. That should give it enough friction to keep them in the upright position.

Still can't get the combo bucket to fully seat against the quick attach plate. About a 3/8" gap at the bottom. Only thing I can figure is the quick attach plate is too long or the angle at the top is off a little and not letting it fully let the bucket sit down. It looks like its all the way up. Odd that the non Bobbcat attachments engage and the Bobcat attachments don't.

Greg: Someone else has asked for templates. Do you still want them as well? I can do some tracings but I'm not cad capable. Wish I was. Barnbuilder is cad and he may help you.

Maybe one day I'll try my skills, nice build, sequoyah101
