It's Sid-the-Goat. His sister Nancy-Goat was busy raiding the compost pile. They were rescues going on three years ago, a 4-H project that wasn't being done well (they were starving) and we stepped in. They're a total PITA for the most part, but do a great job of clearing brush, supply good fertilizer and endless amusement.

We always kept a large dirt/rock pile for them to play on. And yes if if left your car or truck in their area, they sure would play on it too. The young deer play on my mulch pile, I have to round it up every now and then. Yes goat can be pretty good eating.

Yup, Sid & Nancy are Boers but from that angle he does look a bit Nubian or Nub/cross. And yes, they're into everything. If I let the truck tailgate down they're inside. Can't leave keys in the Polaris or Baby John or they disappear. UPS & FedEx guys have learned to close their truck doors too. :laughing: All our outfits are old and dinged anyway so we don't worry too much. And the Jehovah's Witness lady quit dropping by.

I have several excellent goat recipes, love the stuff. But these two are pets and have amnesty.
