84F @ 15:00 and partly sunny ... it's probably still pretty humid out there.

Got the components for the upper jaw of the grapple fabbed up last night and dry-fitted ...

The rake teeth and cutters for the bottom jaw are all cut ... now that their length is fixed and known, I'll start cutting the 1/4" x 4" steel for the gussets that brace them.

57 right now and a high of 72 today. Looks like the warm spell is over and should be more seasonal the next few days.

69 and high of 87 and more humid this afternoon. Getting back closer to a normal August, especially when the 90s hit this weekend.

No real rain since last Thursday, so will be out early watering the 40 trees I planted in March, and what's left of the garden, including the newly planted broccoli. Using the FEL comes in handy to carry barrels of water caught from the roof runoff of my little tractor barn.

73 outside now high of 88 later today rain chances gone until later in weekend. Long day yesterday got home from work at 9:30PM. Another notch warmer today as August draws to a close

65 degrees and heading to the mid 70’s today and dry!
Will make for good sleeping tonight wight the temps going down into the 50’s
Today is the wives birthday so we will do things she wants today and then out to dinner tonight
She then will finish her packing tomorrow for a trip to Sweden and Germany starting on Sunday.
She will be gone for two weeks so I will be the dog caretaker and house cleaner, look out dog!
