70 degrees this morning at my brothers in Kokomo with a high of 86. We went over to my other brothers yesterday and I picked up his truck. I really don't need it but I always liked it and also just that it was his. While there my sister-in-law asked me if I was interested in his Honda scooter. I bought it too and we loaded in the back of the truck. He hasn't been able to ride it for about 4 years so it will need some work. Tomorrow morning we will be heading back to Florida.

Got the coffee brewing. 62° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 81° with mix of sun and clouds. Lawn is growing faster than normal for late August. May get started on cutting it today.
rswyan, hope you can keep everything in place when you start working on your projects.

79˚ right now (heading to 103˚) and I think I see a little whiff of a small transparent cloud in the sky.
I'm hoping for a rainy stormy day and no more hot hot hot sun!!!

(But it's not going to happen.)

Ron it does feel like a hot air popcorn popper outside. Might need to take an ice chest to the store so it won't pop if I stop.

58F seeing blue sky hope more will follow,plans on trimming field and around xmas trees today.
Yesterday was good soaking rain,and looking at next week temps could be good thing for that rain which fell.
Single young doe helping pruning wife flower garden this morning..yikes.

71, drizzle and only getting up to 82. Glad I got the tilling and some bush hog work done yesterday since rain is possible all day.

Yup ...

I have probably about a dozen or so separate lists of just "outside" projects ... usually organized by the area of the property or location that they deal with ... or by the kind of activity ... like "... put on the pallet forks and then move this (list of stuff) ..."

After I complete an item it gets moved (cut/copy/paste) to the "Done" list ...

On the shed/workshop clean up/organize though I'm just freestylin' it (no list) ...

I'm really itchin' to get back outside and get some stuff done, as summer is coming to an end ... but I really need to finish the shop and get it so I can get stuff done in there when I need to ... besides, with all the rain lately what can be done outside is limited at this point.

Oh buddy ... you ain't a-kidding ...

Just the idea of being able to easily lay your hands on something when you need it ... or having things "operational", where they actually function and can be used when ya need 'em ... and having a space to do it in is kinda reassuring ... actually making some real progress to that end is pretty exciting ...

I just spent 30 minutes cleaning my welding lid ... and probably have another 30 minutes to go to get it completed ...

Made the mistake of leaving it out, "stored" hanging on the MIG ... inside pointed up ... the head band and interior (including the lens) were all crudded up with dirt, dust, and probably paint overspray ... never again ...

Take care of that ankle ...
