PTO lever stuck

I have a Malinda 3616 with a brush mower attachment which was.working perfectly well till the last time that I mowed my lawn. I disengaged the PTO and raised the brush mower before going to refuel. When I came back to my house I could.not get the lever to lower the mower to ground level. The bucket works fine so.I doubt that it would.be the hydraulics causing the problem but I am open to any suggestions.

Check the knob in the middle below the seat. It controls the down speed of the 3 pt. If it accidentally gets closed (usually clockwise) the 3 pt. won't go down. Turn it to the left slowly then try to lower the 3 pt.
