Complete moron and unbelievably lucky. Didja notice that after it comes down there is NO HINGE left??!! And from both the conversation and the wedge cut, they apparently originally intended to drop the tree 180deg from where it went? Sheesh!

That was what I thought I was seeing. Not a very clear picture but it appears that way. At the end they were pounding wedges on the correct side of the tree though.

Nice shot. If I would have done that it would have crushed one building and bounced over and smasher the other one. I can get them pretty straight if I have a 100' cable attached and a big truck pulling.
