Cool with showers since late last night, 52 now going to around 70 they say.

I spent all weekend pulling soaking wet carpet & pad out of the basement, and I did get the woodstove lit to help with the drying out process.

I got almost all the furniture back in, some is in the attic, and I is mostly dry. I need to get the TV set up for this weekend with the girls at a minimum.

Looks like I've got plenty of time to finish, yesterday my Boss laid me off. I'm on Payroll until the end of the month but I need a new job ASAP it seems.

Winds N 5-10. Going down to 32 tonight.

I got a couple of huge stumps to pull today. Only 2' in diameter but they stand 4' high. I left them cut high for the leverage.

Good morning all. Hit 90F yesterday. 63F with a forecast of 88F today and more wind than yesterday.
Working on house sale prep bike ride and golf league today.

Sorry about your job situation. My neighbor's 30 something year old son lost his beautiful wife to cancer last October, and then lost his job (of 4 years) in February. He was left with 2 young daughters and is still looking for a job close to home so he can be within earshot of daughters just in case. Prayers for all of you.

Just curious, what does concrete cost per yard there? I know many things are much more expensive in Hawaii because they have to be "imported".

$158 per plus tax. I believe part is a mileage factor.
