Need help with LS G3033 Hydrostatic.

Hi:
I own a brand new 3033H with only 165 hours.
About a week ago started "Hiccuping " on me when I depress the Hydrostatic pedal forward or reversed.
Got worse and now, starts easily, I can set the throttle ok but as soon as i depress the pedal it stumbles and dies.
It's of course under warranty but the nearest dealer is a long ways from me and I don't have a large trailer, etc.
Maybe somebody can give me an idea if there is something I should try first.
The tractor is in new condition, no leaks, etc.

while I have no personal experience with that tractor, if I had to make an educated guess I would say that P seat safety switch would be the first place I would start looking if it has one. I think that the problem maybe that the tractor does not think you're on the seat and when you press the hydro pedal it goes to kill the engine.

Here's a couple possibilities.
Does the 3033 have a parking brake? If it is on (or the switch thinks it is) it could stumble when pushing the pedal. Switch may be out of adjustment.
Another thing would be your seat switch. It's possible that when you press the pedal the seat switch thinks you got off the seat and wants to shut it down. Safety device.
If either of these is the cause they should be covered under warranty.

My guess would be the seat switch. On my XR I can start the tractor with or without sitting on the seat. If I'm sitting on the seat while moving forward or back and get up off the seat while in motion the tractor will shut down.

Thanks for the suggestions. Tomorrow I'll go to the farm and check these possibilities.
The strange thing is that the problem started intermitently, couple of times a day, then progressed rapidly to present state.
It must be a simple thing since the tractor is new, although it already chew up two O rings in two different locations!

Problem solved. It was the seat switch. Made of thin metal, it fatigued and broke in half. Discovered after actually touching it, when it felt apart in two pieces.
I had casually looked at it before I posted but it looked ok.

I agree, I would check that first. Mine did that when that safety switch broke off. I jumpered the connection with a piece of wire until my dealer could get me a replacement switch..

My g3033 does not have a switch under the seat. You can stand up flip the seat forward and it still runs.

Is your tractor HST? And if so, try doing that while pushing the forward pedal. It should cut the engine off. If not maybe somebody straight wired around the safety switch??..
