I have a Kubota BX 2350 with no front loader and want to install a hydraulic top link and one valve .I want to come off the ports where the loader valve would connect but am kinda confused how I would do that. I can make my own hydraulic hoses and want to do this as inexpensive as possible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. THANKS

Just determine which plug is the pressure line and run that to the rear remotes.

Pb from the remotes will return to the hyd blk.

The OUT/tank line will tee into a tank line.

The remote relief will become the main relief, so adjust 3pt relief and the remote relief to tractor specs.

You well need that plate where the hoses are hooked to. You well have to look in the loader parts manual to get the part #. See you can hook up where the backhoe hooks, might be better.

Can you show a picture of your hyd blk if you have one?

From your pump, you should have a pressure hose. Follow that and tell us what you see.

PB is simply a port that will handle high pressure. It could be on the hyd blk or on a hyd valve.

Do you see anything like Leejohn posted?

I have got the part number for the block but it has 3 ports on the tractor a power , power beyond and return but I only need the power and return I don't know what to do with the pb port.

How about T off the back hoe lines like Leejohn suggested and use a closed center valve? I just don't want to starve something for fluid or blow my tractor in half.

Why would you use a closed center valve on an open center hyd system?

Just get an open center valve with as many spools as you need and connect it as shown.

If you connect things right, relief valve will protect your hyd.

You also don't tee off line in an open center hyd system.

The valve you get well have to have the PB fitting, if not you well not have any 3pt. and just maybe the trans. I'm not sure if the pump is the charge psi for the trans. And yes sir no CC valve like JJ said.
Just go by the picture you have and the one I sent and it well work fine.

After you put the PB fitting that line goes to block and the valve well have another out port plug, remove it and that now well be the return.

Most valves in an open center hyd circuit should have PB, which is power beyond or high pressure carry over.

The hyd blk PB port is used to take the PB flow from the FEL valve and pass the flow downstream.

It must be used as it is the high pressure circuit .

All tank ports should go to tank.

Just curious as to how you are going to make the hoses?

I have found a open center valve with a pb port. So now just hook it up like power to power /pb to pb and tank to tank is this correct

No,not exactly.

When connecting valves, the pump flow goes into the IN port of the first valve, and then that valve PB will feed the IN port of the next valve and so on.

Each valve should have the PB adapter installed.

Surely there is someone on here that has a kubota BX 2350 with no loader, that can tell him how to hook up a rear remote!
