Steiner / Ventrac attachments quick plate?

The nicer skid steer attachment systems are hydraulic as well and there are now products to connect the hydraulics in a block attached to the plate. NICE! But I would have to see that in operation for a good while, to believe it works flawlessly. Could be more of a pain then messing with flat face connectors.

Who makes third party attachments for PT? I have only ever seen one third party attachment for Steiner/Vantrak! I would have guessed that between Steiner and Ventrak, there are more of these out there then PT and yet nothing in the way of third Party goodies.

I have made at least three. It's not that hard.

Boy, do I have a welder! Steiner/Ventrak stuff is a pain to build because you have to get the pulley geometry right. Hydraulic motors would be easier, albeit more expensive.

Several manufactures make these block couplers to save time.

Hi Frank, I wish I had seen your post a few years ago. I converted my Steiner 430 Max to a skid steer and it is wonderful. Everything attaches and unattached so much more easily. I have added for attachments for around 1/10th cost when compared to Steiner and Ventrac implements.

Sort list on Standard Skid Steer:

Plow, Pallet Lift, Heavy Duty Ratchet Rake, Bucket, Lawn Vac, Rock Hauler, Leaf Blow
BC everything is standard I can buy accessories from almost any standard skid manufacturer.

Best part is my conversion skid adapter attaches to Steiner without any modifications to my tractor.
