Probably, but the gauges aren't. I'm glad you guys got a useful idea.

I'd like to use this to measure my trailer tongue weight.

I bought a 30t shop press for 160 euro, the pump was busted so i installed a pump of a hydraulic trailer jack. Not impressed yet, so i torched a 125mm (5") tipping cylinder off a burnt out wheel loader in the scrapbin at work... all i have to add is some hoses and a 3 way valve for a rapid feed feature...
