Good morning!!!!

Good Morning. 9015, cloudy, 75% with 89% humidity. Forecast high of 80*. It rained all morning, but has stopped now. I need to walk over to the shooting house and change out the SD cards in the game cameras. Glad to report that all the blue came out of my shirts except for a small place on the collar of the OP shirt. I have bought shirts with worse stains {not on purpose, though}, so all in all, I'm relieved.

David, your story reminded me of my boss's father. She said he looks for something to fix every day. And if nothing is broken, he will break something. But maybe you should have started with something easier to fix. Hope you get the lights back on soon.

31*, cloudy and calm. Could rain or snow later today.

Larro worked his ham juju on me so I bought a spiral cut shank ham yesterday and baked it good last night. Taste tested it too. :) Trimmed off the bone this morning and now the crock pot is full of split pea & ham soup. :licking: Saved some ham slices for eating and froze the rest.

a foggy Thursday morning, much warmer, with showers and thunderstorms predicted but I think I have a whole day outside because radar shows nothing yet near us, when it hits Pittsburgh, I start paying attention as I know how many hours it usually takes to move the weather across the state to our end. David/Sodamo, oh boy. That pic says it all. And all I could think of was what your dogs were saying to each other. They sure look sad, because their master is clearly unhappy. You did so much work and design on that system it must have been seriously annoying to mess it up. At least you know how to fix it. Dog 1: oh boy, he said that F word again Dog 2: geez, no treats for us today Dog 1: maybe we should move back a few feet, he's throwing things now Dog 2: whoa, sparks, yeah, let's move back

Pretty funny Drew, at that point, I suspect they were getting impatient as I was nearly finished (in more ways than one).

Ouch! Self-inflicted wounds are always the most cruel. :) I hate it when I do something like that. Next time, call before you dig. :D I just had to say that, sorry. Hopefully you are getting it all squared away and forgotten. Good luck with the inverter.

I actually made comment to my wife about calling, didn't come out too funny though.
I actually knew the conduits were there, saw them in the near end, but convinced myself that due to the rocky area from the drive work, they ran more to the middle of the area . That "*** u me" thing again.

Thanks Larro, been known to do that myself, just not by design most of the time.
Lights are on, but system is limited.

David, did your inverter smell burnt? If it became a toaster I hope you can get a new one in quickly. A short like that can send a serious surge down the line. You ought to check your other delicate electronics also, but hopefully the surge stopped at the inverter. Hello Xantrex

what a long day, surgeon thinks my elbow is screwed up as well as my wrist. So what else is new.
Another EMG scheduled.

Mowed the remnants of the garden with the big mower and then put it to bed on a gravel spot, outside, with a tarp on it.
Best I can do, it's too big to fit in any place i have left. But the Kubota just might get into its garage spot tomorrow as I also moved a lot of gravel and built the gravel ramps into the garage. Dirty 3/4, works nicely.

on the lighter side, I just had to share this with you...:dance1:

@Larro Darro..."she said he looks for something to fix every day...?" VERY FUNNY!!! When you get to be my age and have as much crap as I do, you NEVER run out of stuff to fix.
