Difference between Kioti LK, DK and CK series?

I have a 2010 Kioti LK35 and I am looking to buy a comprehensive workshop manual, either hard copy or PDF. I can find plenty of LK30, CK35 and DK35 manuals but I can't find a specific LK35 manual. I believe the LK35 is much the same as LK30 except for higher HP, but before I buy an LK30 manual I thought I should check whether I am better off with LK30 manuals or DK or CK 35 manuals. Therefore my question? what is the difference between the LK, DK and CK series. I suspect the LK series is a lower-spec machine but I am not sure what difference that makes in the real world, and in particular in the workshop. Any information appreciated?.

I don't have any specific knowledge but believe there are far more similarities between the LK30 and 35 compared with any of the other series. I had a CK and now a DK and they resemble the LK only in paint color.

What IT said, and from what anyone reports to date there are NO pdf versions, at least none for DK series, that I'm aware of. Check with your selling dealer for a service manual and price/availability.

Thanks for responses guys. I have now purchased a hard-copy and PDF version for LK30 (off eBay Australia. $40 and $19 respectively) which sounds like the closest relative. As far as talking to the local dealer goes, I tried that and all I did was waste the $ on a phone call. I'm much better off talking to guys like you on the forums. If I was lucky the local dealer would guess the colour of the tractor correctly - but only on a good day. Needless to say, I didn't buy the tractor locally. Cheers, Paul

There are for the EX series, which are sold in Australia.. about 98 percent same as a DKse.

No Murph, I wasn't complaining, as you put it; I was stating that copyright exists and when people ignore those laws we all pay a higher price for literature that is protected by those laws. And IIRC, I was saying for those who might not be aware or ignore it TBN's policy is to not allow the use of copyrighted material on it's site.

Well then you know of when I was talking about. I bought the Service and Parts Manuals so I don't care at all.

He didn't want to BS you. BSing is outlawed on TBN. He could get his wrist slapped or worse, they might take away his joystick knob.

Paul, Local dealers can be excellent or not so much. It may pay off to locate a very good dealer within trailering distance in case you really need one some day. But there are also several excellent Kioti dealers who participate on this list who can provide parts and tech literature support bu mail order. Michigan Iron Equipment (MIE) comes to mind but there are others.
