I doubt we overheat the place. The stove we have (an old Vermont Castings Resolute Acclaim) is designed to heat 1600 sq feet. Our place is quite a bit bigger (3300 sq feet, including the garage) so the stove keeps it warm, but not overly hot. Once we figure out the best way to rig the ceiling fans, we'll get better distribution of the heat.
Now, that other stove I wrote about was at my parents' place and the heat it produced would drive you out of the house.

Good Morning. 0825, overcast, 64* with 95% humidity. Forecast high of 71* with 10% chance of rain. Rain chances for today were listed as 50% yesterday. The reason I care about that, there is an outside wedding at the bride's house in Clarksville that booked the Civic Center as a backup in case of rain. We talked to the bride yesterday, and they were going to tough it out. Me and Margie had planned a trip to Panama City for today, and I told my boss if I was going to have to wait around, I wanted to do it on the clock, not at home. So we gave them our cell phone number and we are heading out. If it does rain, they can get the key from my boss, and I will come back to work. But overnight the forecast has dropped to a 10% chance, so I doubt that will happen. Everyone have a good day.

4 loads of rock yesterday, 7.24 tons of 3/4 base for my new catchment tank pad.

The .22 inches of rain thwarted my outside work plans - no tractoring in the mud for me.
Did take advantage and worked to install the garage door tracks in the tractor shed.

Hi guys and gals, I'm dealing with medical issues right now and may be involved in some testing and such for a while. My platelets and all related red blood cell indicators dropped about the equivalent of a unit of blood in the matter of a week or so. White count is up but not much, sodium is way low and got even lower with me eating salt like a cow. I'm hoping it's a result of the very nasty virus I had for a couple of weeks, caused me one or two days of 102.5 fevers, then a couple of days off and back to the fevers, my urine was virtually brown but no signs of infection in blood or urine. Haven't had any more flare ups in over a week, so I hope when my next round of blood work come back it show's improvement. If not some unpleasant testing comes next.
