Can't get smileys

Ok I searched this and saw a post saying to hit reply twice to get them but I do not get smileys, not in the quick reply or standard. What am I missing? I went to my home but did not see this.

Can you be a little more specific?:laughing: You can't get smileys? what does that mean?

press this button and select the one you want from the box.

No problem here. When doing a post just click the little yellow smiley face icon above the post and a popup with several smileys should appear.

I'm not sure about the underscored item, but you may have smileys disabled. Select "Go Advanced" and scroll down to find "Miscellaneous Options."

If you use a script blocker ad-on in your browser and have script disabled on this website you wont have access to the smileys. you will need to allow this site.

I finally found out hwat was going on. I had basic editor on not the standard. Yep I am old a nd behind the times I guess.
