I will say that on in particular....PTO....is probably understood better by a newbie than what it actually means.
If you asked a newbie what a power-take-off was, I bet 99% of them would be clueless. But most would have a basic understanding if you just said PTO.
I'm thinking the same thing.... Actually how many of our tractors say PTO at the lever to engage it.... or say (Power Take Off ) Perhaps go and take a look at the feature labels and read if many are abbreviated or are completely spelled out ,Come to think of it, some only have picture icons to represent what it is,
