Although I have never seen one with a phone number and call-between hours. Is that a local phone number? Maybe they are just getting better.

Looks LEGIT to me, call the number. if you hear anything about ' finding the google voice subscriber' i would be weary. Never had them actually answer the phone, they just want to make you think you can talk to them by calling.
The typical spam i've been seeing they would price that package @ 5,000 and tell you to email someone.

Yeah, it looks legite to me and I'm not sure its that great of a deal. The Bx doesn't have a deck and its the lowest price UTV they make.

Yep + they put an email address there, no one USUALLY does that except for scammers.
