Buying Advice Lombardini 713 > technical info needed

Locally i can buy a Lombardini 713 diesel engine.

on the engine is only the description ''Lombardini motori Tipo 713''

The seller dont know how much horsepower this engine have and what the max Rpm is.

Can anyone tell me this questions ?

(i try a search with google but i didnt find anything)
