Quite frequently, I see posts that state if you violate the manufacturers limits, or do some thing dumb that burns down you house that your insurance company might not pay a claim. Given this scenario, if any one who ran a stop sign and hit someone, or lost control of their vehicle, or overloaded their vehicle and got in an accident might not be compensated by their insurance.
My insurance protects me from "All Perils" regardless of how they occur, even my own stupidity.
Can anyone give me an actual case where insurance coverage was denied (other than willful damage)?
