Maybe the both are having the same problem and neither can change anything. Betcha it's a software bug and has to be delt with on a programming level and not a program setting -kid.

Well we haven't heard from Edward after 2/23. Based on my experience it is pretty unusual for Muhammed not to reply to a forum problem PM or any other PM for that matter. Might be best to PM him again.
