Sodamo, locally here in mid-Michigan a 2X4X10 is about $3 so the price there is almost double what I would pay. It's 11 degrees right now, I kinda miss the warm weather of a few days ago. This afternoon I am meeting my loan officer at the credit union to close my refinance deal...just a shade over 4% APR for a 15 year loan is reasonable to me.

Roy that is great news about your pending home sale...still, if I were you I would do everything I could to drag that s****y realtor you dealt with through the mud as she deserves it.

Raining for the last 2 days, warm for a couple of days but much cooler this morning. It's around 40 now and for the rest of the day. Warm Saturday and real winter by Monday, several days next week will have highs around freezing.
Congrats on the house sale, the building project and safe driving to those on the road. I'll be among you today, have to drive across the bay to Silver Spring and Gaithersburg, a less than scenic 300 mile round trip. At least on the city side of the Chesapeake it's less scenic!

25 degrees now...front porch is a bit icy, so I'll watch driving in today. It'll only be in the mid-20's as a high, but sunny.

Well, we signed the last of the paperwork for selling the house in PA. So have the buyers....it's up to them now and this deal should be closed in a week or two, but no later then 01 February.
As far as my shifty realtor...well, no contact at all and I reckon I'll let sleeping dogs lie, as long as the deal is completed.

That's great news, lets hope it all goes smoothly. :dance1::dance1:

Starting to warm up a bit out our way, +1.2C/34F at 7AM. Looks like we are in for a few days of mostly sun so that’s great as I get the calves and goats out for the day. It went very smoothly with turning the bull into a steer yesterday.
Then the neighbour stayed for a few hours, had more than one bottle of wine and had a great chat. She is going away for 2 weeks soon, I will look after her goats, cows and chickens for her. Lives by herself so it is hard for her to get away, she has a daughter in Porto Rico that she is going to see.
