ugh... hope it works out..

it'l work out.. I've worked witht he co as a sub contractor before .. just am now in house.

changed my work location a bit.. and the (-)pay.. added some more admin/managerial responsibilities..

PITA part is working with one other dept that is sloppy.. especially on scheduling.. and I'm precise.. like down to the 'nth degree' on that type of issue.. the other dept is on their 2nd admin in this change over in the last 2 weeks.. .. and they are still choking and turning out sheds with holes and overlaps.. making it hard to schedule my dept effectively.. and not overschedule labor.. all the while making sure no holes open that are not covered.. AND having a labor 'limit' to work with.. thus when the other dept sends out a bogus sched that leaves holes for me to plug.. I run out of labor budget FAST. I'm looking at a shortfall this very week. saturday will be an issue.... still working onthat one at this very moment... other dept admin is very cavaleir about the issue... could really care less I think..
