It is clearly all your faults, not his for ignoring the bad oil and not individually picking the bugs out with tweezers.

I never met a lawyer with 3 tractors, 40 acres, and is a "farmer" according to your profile. At least not in my area (which seems to be where you are from).

Lawyers in this area just hire all that work done and dont even own lawnmowers:laughing:, let alone frequent a site called tractorbynet.

My client advises all that if he took it you have to take it too.

Everyone line up for your treatment. I recommended that he use only OEM approved fluids to avoid nonsensical customer service and warranty complaints.

However he promises that he removed the bugs and trash from the oil.

He is entirely on his own from here.
