63 and lovely here today. I've got a gazillion tings I think I want to do this weekend, it reamins to be seen what I actually will get done. I discovered the Truck has a VERY low tire and I will have to fix that before anything, 'cause the wife and oldest have something music related to go off and do all morning, something to do with Jr Regional Violin tryouts for my oldest. I was going to take myelf and the other two girls out to breakfast...

So... We shall see whay actually gets done.

Good morning! Cold front moved thru yesterday with some rain. I got the grass cut and then the temp dropped 15* in about half an hour. It is a chilly 54* here with a high of 70. Went to Agway yesterday and got some dust for the ground nests of bees. Going out now to hit them before the sun comes up. Have a good weekend everybody!

Boy...nice to sleep in today!

My main task is to mow the lawn!! Hasn't been mowed since before our Vermont trip almost three weeks ago! Since then, it's been too wet and then I had a contractor over here to stain the house. Don't want to get grass all over where he's power washed or stained.
Speaking of the power washing...he got through 1/2 to 2/3rds of the place and we ran out of water. The well has been recovering slowly. When he comesback, he's only getting 10-15 minutes work done before the well is down again. This really sucks!
I know part of the problem (besides the crappy well) is his power washer uses 3.5-4.0 GPM. The well only produces 2.0-2.5 GPM.
Anyway, I should be able to mow today.

78F and sun all day long. We are having a great stretch of weather for this time of year. The next 2 weeks look dry as well. Makes up for the poor May, June and early July we had.

Took wife to the RenFest near Holly this morning. Waste of time, waste of money, waste of gas. When we left at 3 pm, there was traffic in BOTH directions (4 lane hiway) backed up FIVE MILES waiting to get in...and they closed at 7 pm!!!

While I live in what used to be country. The city and 4G has come to me. :thumbsup:

Got the coffee brewing. 44 degrees this morning with clear skies. Heading to 78 with lots of sun. Need to clean up the lawn mower. Surprised at how few hours have been put on it this year. This maintenance is usually done in early August. Then a NASCAR afternoon.

Good morining all! Chilly 40* this morning with a high in the 70's. This is my kind of weather! Got some mowing done yesterday and burned a couple brush piles. Some of the leaves are starting to change already - Fall is on the way.

Many people would bemoan that the city had arrived but if you like it....:thumbsup:

Spent a lot of today cleaning up the garden patch and salvaging more lumber off my brushpile...beautiful weather to be outdoors.

Worked at my wife's shop again. I got quite a bit done, but I wasn't on the computer all day. I think I might be onto something

Back at it in the morning, trying to get all the outside work done while the weather holds. In Michigan we don't get a lot of good days past september some years.
