Changing signature photo

I'd like to change my signature photo. I have gone to My Home and tried to change the photo. I get the following error message: You may not delete your signature picture while it is in use in your signature. What am I doing wrong and what do I need to do to delete the current photo and replace it with a new photo? I placed a check in the box to delete the current photo and browsed to the location of my new photo, but got the error message.

OK, I finally figured it out and got the new signature photo to replace the old photo.
