Has anyone found aftermarket HST Hydro and Transmission Filters for this Tractor. Tired of paying BIG $$$ for dealer filters. Gotta save where I can. Thanks Guys!

I believe Wallace has free shipping if you buy all the filters from him.

Personally I would not risk my expensive Tractor for a small savings on a filter "That Fit's", but is not the one recommended.

Thanks for the reply bearhawk, I agree with you on using "cheap" replacements. The last time I bought an oil filter from the dealer, for $11.50 he sold me a NAPA filter. I went to NAPA and bought the SAME filter for $5.25. I want to use quality filters but I don't want to make boat payments for the dealer.

Howdy just did my 50 hr service a couple weeks ago. All my filters were Kioti filters bought from my dealer, Johnston Equipment in Weston WV. Here is what I paid for the filters
Fuel filter $6.80
Oil $8.60
Hyst $42.12
Hyd $26.10
Air $19.41
Worth every penny for peace of mind.

That's just crazy.... The Kioti filter should be $8 ish. Your OLD dealer is marking up 100%, for a non Factory part.

I agree that we all need to support our local Dealers, but that is ridiculous...

The only filter that I've found on my CK30 that I would consider using a non-Kioti supplier for is the air filter. It has the aftermarket supplier name, Donaldson, cast right into it. I've smashed my share of hydraulic filters and paid the hefty price tag to replace with Kioti parts.

If my dealer tried to sell me a NAPA filter I would give it right back to him.

I don't get the big deal with after market filters. NAPA Gold are some of the best filters money can buy. Why should a guy spend $57 for an HST filter from a dealer when a NAPA Gold can be gotten for less than $12 and I go pick one up in a few minutes as oppossed to driving an hour and fifteen minutes to the nearest dealer. I'm hoping that I'll be able to go to Bobcat a half hour away for some of my parts if they are needed. I'm assuming of course they will work. I have found NAPA filter numbers for everything except the hydraulic filter although that is not a big deal because that filter from the dealer is only about 12 bucks. Do you guys that think you can only use OEM filters go the Chevy dealer or Toyota or who ever for filters for your cars and trucks?

I'm with you unhappykioti, I'm not talking Discount Store filters. I've used NAPA GOLD Filters on a 2001 Ford F-550 Tow Truck with 7.3 Diesel. It has over 265,000 miles, motor runs and sounds GREAT!

I can walk into NAPA and buy a NAPA gold that is made for my GM truck. If I walk into NAPA and say KIOTI they will not be able to find a filter FOR a KIOTI. Either they will guess or I will have to guess on the part number. That is the risk, getting the wrong filter. I know that the Kioti filter from a Kioti dealership that is spec'd for my particular Kioti is the right thing.

That is why you need to know what you are after when you get there. I cross reference numerous filter sites before I finally got to Hastings site that recognized the Kioti number, once I got the Hastings number I was able to find a match for NAPA Gold and a couple of others, that way you're asking for part numbers not for a specific application.

Yeah, that's a guess. If I buy a filter, that filter needs say it is made for my tractor. Not a Xref of a Xref. If it fails, I can then go to NAPA and say it failed and you said it would work.

It might be fine, but then again, it might not. Good to know the dealer anyway and on the CK30 it is the low hanging hydro filter that is super expensive. The one that doesn't have an aftermarket. All others are pretty cheap and I can visit/support my tractor dealer.

I just had a guy burn his engine up on a ck20..... napa sold him the wrong filter and he didn't notice it leaking.

Think the local napa store will buy him a new engine? I doubt it.

Would Kioti buy you a new engine because a bad filter? Try proving that one. If the guy didn't check for leaks after install that's on him in my book. If you took the NAPA filter and the Kioti filter painted them both gray and held them side by side you would be able to tell which is which would not surprise me if they came off the same assembly line with different names. I might be more inclined to go to the dealer if I had one as close as Highbeam does. I bought my backhoe from that dealer, it's a two and a half hour drive for me, that's a lot of diesel in my pickup.

Looks like you guys have beat this to death but after about two hours of looking at this forum and doing searchs, I still don't see where anyone really said what the Kioti OEM, Trans and oil filter part numbers are and if there are suitable aftermarket replacements. Does anyone know this information for the CK20S?

Oil filter wise, I know the Wix 51334 is good. Which Kioti models/engines it's for is even listed on the Wix website.
