Last week while trying to remove a dead Oleander bush, I broke a hydraulic cylinder on the bucket of my Kubota (L2800)... I won't bore you with details but I took it to my "Bota dealer. The cost of repairs was almost the cost of a new cylinder, which was close to $600. I gotta feel like I've been taken to the cleaners.
My question is... How the heck do I know what to ask for doing an internet search? Do I get the external length of the entire unit? I've looked for some kind of numbering system on the unit but there are none?
Any suggestions in case this ever happens again? I thank you in advance.
