Did you let the car get to 180 and run for a while before you drained the oil?

No, the first time i noticed it i shut it down and changed the oil. I have ran it twice including today on the new oil since finding water the first time. Both times it was ran to operating temp and allowed to run for about 15 minutes or so. Is there a product that i can add to the oil that will help "dry" or "clean" the motor?

IMHO I don't think after the oil change there would be enough moisture present to cause the milky dipstick you are seeing! BUT that said I've been wrong before! Hope it's that simple!

Not that I know of, but can you just putter the car around for a half hour under temp and see what happens?...I've seen this before, but you are on a borderline of something..Hopefully nothing and that's one of the options...If you aren't loosing coolant, the h2o is coming from somewhere..Your location adds variables that I don't generally have..High humidity and rapid temp changes. That's adds a ton of mosture to anything steel...Just thinking out loud.

Did you try pressurizing the rad and check for a leakdown?

The car is not road legal yet. I usually idle it up to 1500 rpms and let it run. No, i have not tried a rad pressue test yet. I may stop at the parts house tomorrow and pick up the necessary equipment to do so. This is bugging me and i would like to rectify it soon. Or build a nice 396...454...427...:)

What is needed for a pressure test?

There's a pump for that although you may have to go to something beyond AutoZone to get it.

Well it looks as if I will be pulling the motor. The rad is down about a quart again and there is water in the oil. Ive decided to pull it and send it to a machine shop to be gone through. Hopefully it is a head and not the block. Where ever the leak is, it is internal. No water on the floor. If it can be fixed, i will reassemble it with the bigger cam and better heads i mentioned earlier. A little bummed as it has a lot of sentmental value. That is the main reason i am trying to fix it.

Why not pop the heads off and take a look before you pull the motor you my see a bad head gasket if that's all it is put a new set on and run it??

That is the plan. I should have been a little clearer. If the problem is not in the intake or heads, ill pull it and send it off.
