My father in law is now in a home with Alzheimers, and my job is selling the antiques. I have a John Deere R that has ran every time they needed it. Unfortunately the last time was 15 years ago. What should I be advertising it for?

My father in law is now in a home with Alzheimers, and my job is selling the antiques. I have a John Deere R that has ran every time they needed it. Unfortunately the last time was 15 years ago. What should I be advertising it for?

I assume it's the R model built from 1949-54 (not the really antique Waterloo Boy R from 1915-19). The R is fairly rare- probably less than 25,000 units built. If it runs, $2500. If not, $1500.
