Bushings will not take grease

The bushings on my TD8 H Dresser dozer will not take grease. The bushing has turned and the hole does not align with the grease fitting. Does anyone know where I can get a drill bit that will drill through the bushing?

A turned bushing is more serious that just the hole not lined up. You would be better off taking the bushing out and replacing. Or if it is still ok, staking it in solid. You really don't want that bushing to burn the hole out!

The bushing usually doesn't turn. What happens is the pin galls the bushing and covers the grease hole with a thin layer of bushing. Any drill bit will drill the bushing. I would drive out the pin (if possible) and and then drill. Usually after this happens the pin and bushing will wear rapidly because the fit is no longer smooth.
