Looks like a nice rig. You are lucky to find a unit in that size class with all them options. Especially the genny.

If I were you though I would put a deposit on it and have a "agreement to sell" written up so you dont get screwed over on this deal. I would hate to see someone come in and steal the deal out from under you. This seems to happen when family or a friend of a friend gets involved.

I'm not too concerned...He seems to really want us to buy it, besides his kids all have RV's with slides, this doesn't have those. If it falls through, I won't be upset about it. There's other fish in the sea. Just gonna ride it out his way. I'm not out anything either way. I trust him and he is my in-laws neighbor.

Besides..This is certainly a want and not a need.
