What make of tractor??????? That made me to start think, so I looked at your profile and this is what you have (4000 hd industrial 1964). I take it is a ford?????

You have posted the model number, not the serial number. look further in the same area for a serial number, likely to be 5 or 6 digits. Your 1841 was built between 1958 and 1962.

As RickB said. it's a industrial of the late prior model 4 cyls.

a 1945 is a 2n..

What it doesn't tell you is the model number and serial number are hand stamped in the same area, one above the other.
Look there for another set of numbers if you want to find out what year your Ford MODEL 1841 is.

Once you've been around tractors for a while you will learn to only trust tractordata info that you can verify from a DIFFERENT / reputable source.

TD is more of a quick and dirty 'guideline' vs a actual sourse of useable info.

OK BOYS,I JUST FOUND THE SERIAL # WITH THE HELP OF A DEWALT CORDLESS AND A WIRE BRUSH. IT WAS UNDER ALOT OF OLD PAINT. THE # IS 48871. IT WAS JUST BELOW THE MODEL #. DANNY

no it is a 1800 series which is basicly the same tractor as a 63-64 4000 hd

In your first post you identified it exactly by model

1841-S

that makes it an industrial based up the same basic tractor an an 801 or 4000 4 cyl.. but with plenty of differences.. especially up front.. etc.
