My back is holding together and I can do just about everything I could before my injury. However the damage to my spinal cord appears to be permanent since after 4 years there has been absolutely no improvement and I haven't gained any feelings that were lost.

I agree, if they believed they were right they would have been more aggressive with this. Since they seem to be trying to wait me out I have to assume they know their in the wrong and are hoping I cave. Good luck with that ;-)

The 7710 was bought to help out the TN65, basically take over the heavy work load. So now that I don't have it I just use the TN65 like I did before.

Thanks, I keep hoping to get stronger and healthier and so far I have been getting stronger. I just wish I could get my health to straighten out as I get sick way too much/often as a result of my injuries :-( But its something I have been getting use to and dealing with.
