Price Check Tractor plus equipment

Hello all. It's been a while since I have been on the forum. I have been in the process of selling my hobby farm and moving to AZ. I have a party that is interested in buying the farm and wants to know what I want for my tractor and equipment.

What I have:
Kubota MX5000 with LA852-2 loader and heavy duty bucket (225 hours)
WR Long OBG-2 56" grapple
Farm King model 740 74" snowblower
Woods heritage 6' brush hog
Speeco post hole digger with 9" and 18" augers
Kubota weight box

All the equipment is in good - excellent condition

What would you be asking for the above set of equipment?

Maybe throw it in for free as an incentive on a quick sale, the way selling real estate is going, don't let him slip away.

I agree you don't wan't him to get away, but a meeting of the minds, (make him an offer he can't refuse) where it is a reasonable deal for both buyer and seller is appropriate.

I sure am glad I unloaded my extra properties a few years ago, times are real tough right now.
