There's always some guy in the crowd, who keeps getting closer, and closer to the danger, without any purpose except to be in the way. I wish someone would explain that to me.
The shopping center's insurance will probbaly cover the damage and then take it out of the hide of the tractor owner/operator's insurance co.The owner won't have any problems...all he or she has to do is show that video to their agent.
However, the shopping center's (or whoever owns that Deere) insurance will probably cover any damages.

I was a bit intrigued that the tractor kept circling like that. Admittedly, I don't drive my tractor hands-off, so I can't say how it steers by itself, but wouldn't it tend to straighten out like a car? Or is this from really bad wheel alignment or maybe the asymmetrical effect of the plow?
