New from Missouri

Hi,
I'm Mike from Gladstone, Mo. Just decided to join and see if I could help anyone and also plan to learn alot from others. Recently purchased some land and bought some more 3 pt implements a few days ago.
Not sure what else to write, however I'm sure I will down the road.

At least you can run your tractor! Out in sunny warm CA, I am suprised they haven't banned engines completely because they generate Co2!

Me, myself, I'm glad to be in Missouri. I learned as a youngster, California is nice to visit but it can be a pain to live there.
Do they make you smog your tractor yet?

I wimped out--couldn't take the cold weather in MO.
Here in the Valley temps rarely drop below 30F. However, in the summer we have 3 months (July, Aug, Sep) of triple digit temps. Dry heat, 10% relative humidity--not like a Midwest summer (100F and 100% RH).

You pays your money and takes your chances.
