Grease the bearings?

I'm replacing the seals in the front axle of my 1610d. When tear down and cleaning there was a lot of grease in the bearings in the lower unit (stub axle). Do those bearings need grease when the axle is filled with 90wt gear oil?

Some of the dealers put grease in the front end so that bad seals don't show a leak. Don't be surprised if you put strait 90Wt in the knuckle, it starts leaking.
