FEL not working

Gentleman since January of this year,I've kept my 06 JD 790 with 80 hrs in a rented storage container on my land in upstate NY because i don't have a garage yet. Since January i started it every two weeks and ran it for about 15 min but i never moved it, just idling. The other day i wanted to move it out of the container and the fel will not go up or down, it does tilt back and forth but no up and down. What do guys think it is.

Disconnect and reconnect any quick disconnects. That solves most problems.

There is a lever adjacent to the joystick that can lock the movement. Make sure that is in the correct position.

Here's what the manual has to say:
Using Selective Control Valve (SCV) Safety Lock

M97220

The Selective Control Valve (SCV) lock lever (A) allows the operator to control the type of SCV lever (B) movement needed for a particular operation or situation.

To allow only side-to-side SCV control lever movement:
Pull lock lever outward (to the right) and all the way rearward, as shown on decal (C).

To allow SCV control lever movement in all directions:
Move lock lever to the center position, as shown on decal (C).

To prevent SCV control lever movement in all directions:
Move lock lever all the way forward, as shown on decal (C).
