Oil & Fuel New EPA regulations for small diesel engines

Herein are new rules and regulations for small diesel engines and the EPA data on diesel engine emmmions.

This is why I bought a new tractor this past year. In fact I bought a 2009 model. Dealer said new regs were coming down the pike and it probably would not be pretty. Economy was pretty flat so he made me a good deal to boot!

I'd tend to believe that since it is true of the diesel pickups.

Maybe we will see the republicans slow the EPA down. I'm all for making things better but they killed mpg of diesel trucks.

As long as the timing is at zero degrees and the fuel settings are not messed most of us will be home free, and we can install catalytic mufflers to bypass this issue if one wished to do so and only discharge CO2 and water, please contact me off the board for more information if desired.

That is why I purchased a new BX1860 now, I have a 2007.5 Dodge Diesel truck with the emissions equipment, and the regulations are not Retroactive. I don't think that we will have to add anything to the tractors that were not factory equipped.

Yea.. somehow we are burning WAY more fuel to do the same work, but Al Gore says its better.. And HE should know.

EPA should have their plug pulled. It is a runaway agency gone mad.
If they were unfunded, the world would be better off. IMO
