Bolens G152 Hydraulics

Hello, I am a new member and owner of a Bolens G152 compact tractor and have owned it since new in 1988. I would like to put a hydraulic snow plow on the front but don't know how to tap into the tractors rear 3 pt hitch hydraulics. Does anyone have ideas?

Ampa on the Iseki site has just done this on his Bolens G174. He has illustrated his work well with photos, and would likely be happy to tell you which parts to buy.

That part of it was easy....cut the exsisting presure line allow for compression fittings....get these at any hydraulic supply....I bought an 4' ATV plough you can buy a 60" 5'....

uses an "A" frame which is extra....this unit comes as a manual lift.don't need the manual bar lever..I converted mine ove to hydraulic....the "A" frame connects under the tractor...you need to make up the side brackets....unless you can get the old belly mower brackets from someone...

I used a 4" stroke DA cylinder/ram for the lift....and a 8" DA cylinder/ram for the angle....then you will need a double valve....there are a ton of fittings to buy...then your hoses to be made up...expect to pay around $1500.00 cdn for everything not including your time if your live in Canada..much cheaper in the USA...it's a fun project...mine works excellent....and your 3 PT hydraulics will still work as before...go for it....Welcome to TBN....take care Ampa <>
