The Missus and I voted about three weeks ago. We weren't sure whether we would be at our legal residence (in SC) on 11/2, so we stopped by our county's election commission to cast our votes.
Illinois appears to have more than its fair share of voting problems. Apparently, nearly 1/3 of Illinois counties were late in mailing out absentee ballots, thus potentially denying combat troops the right to vote.
I disagree with this statement for one reason. If you're a concerned citizen and don't vote you're still making a legit choice. I'm sure their are many that are just plain sick and tired of voting in one hand for cow poo or voting on the other hand for pig poo. :thumbsup: When someone does not vote they may be maker a bigger stand then the sheep that vote for poo. :thumbsup:
