New Holland TC 35(primary), MF 165, JD 40T,
I started thinking on this about a year ago. Something to drag brush and pulpwood leftovers from hunting lease. Also a pretty good ripper tool.
Drew up a design and got with my buddy Jim at All American Equipment and this is what came from it,. I call it the Beast. Reinforced every where we could think. Don't think my TC 35 will tear it apart. Seatbelt a must when working around roots and stumps. Trash doesn't get up on rear tires like on my BB. 66" wide w/16" rippers. Threw in the receiver hitch for extra's, you just never know.

Now if you just had a little drop down support foot for the front, you could use those concrete blocks for something else.

Do keep your foot near the clutch and one eye on the rippers for snagging you to a stop resulting into a scary tractor wheel stand. I know.

Nickel I sure do! Had one of those moments the other day with my box blade and a sand ditch.. pucker factor 10.
I saw where sweets farm equip had something similar to this and called it a pasture renovator . I didn't even know I had one of those now.

I like that and with a hydraulic top link, adjustable depth. You could put that on a float circuit as well and with the extension away from the tractor not be affected too much with gouging. This is why I am in favor of routing remotes through a joystick that has this function built in. Then you can decide which cylinder you want to have on the float valve. For me it varies as to what I have on the 3PT. It might have some tillage applications as well!

I've thought of a similar idea to clear trails.. Currently no trails, trees about 8 feet tall fir. I thought of mounting it behind a j5 bombardier tractor, which would run over all the fir trees, hooking and raking them as the just starting to stand up behind the machine. There is also a lot of dead falls about 6 inches in diameter inside all the brush that fell over 25 years ago. It just has to be good enough to walk through. I need miles and miles and just cannot cut it all. I thought of flattening most of it. And as it dies walk through and cut here and there with a chainsaw. But a j5 is 115 hp, 4000 lbs

Though that brings up the fact that I'd have to get a three point hitch to mount on the back of the j5. No hydraulics either, but I'm sure a small hydro pack would work enough for that
