What's a Ford 1210 worth?

It's been a while since I've logged on because the tractor has been running well. However, today in the big storm that hit Washignton DC. we had a large tulip poplar, 2' in diameter 80' tall, fall and pretty much hit square on top of the tractor about 20' up on the trunk.
I'm sure the insurance people will have a question of it's value. It has a Ford FEL and a Ford BH and the whole thing was in good shape. I've put a bunch of stuff into it to get in good shape. Can't imagine there is much now that runs at all. Lots of bent things. Maybe the engine block is still good. Anybody have any sense of what it's value would be. I paid about $8000 for it 4 or 5 years ago. Will put some pictures on the site when the tree comes off it. It's pretty well covered now with a tarp that I kept on it to keep the rain off. Didn't work so well for the tree.

Don't know what its worth but heres abunch of them for sale with no BH's.Maybe you can show adjuster and wrestle with them for whats fair.Glad to hear no one was injured.

Sorry about your tractor and adjusters tend to be more than fair but equipment experience can be an issue. Mainly they need proof of what a like kind replacement can be purchased for so they can put it in their file and prove it with a phone call. Most likely the more you do their job for them the faster you will get your money.

On the storm was it wide spread or just locally. My son is one of 40K at Ft Hill in VA for the Boy Scout Jamboree living in tents.

Man, that's a shame about your 1210. If you can make a fair settlement and keep the tractor you could get some more money from the parts.

Heck, I would be interested in the rear hydraulics and the BH if it survived and I have a buddy that has been looking for a loader for some time for his 1210.
