That's basically what I did. Aluminum flat bar and u-bolts. Except I didn't paint mine.

Nice, but wouldn't have worked for me unless I wanted lights with no adjustment. With the lights that were given to me as a present, I had to make my own gimbals. I guess I could have made a different style that would've worked with something like that.

I don't know why Kioti doesn't offer a manufactured light kit. They could make the kit for like $60 and sell it for 3 or 4 times that. It'd be worth it, not to have to design it, gather material, and make it ourselves. I'm one who'd rather use my tractor than spend time making custom mods.

Isn't half the fun of owning a tractor? Coming up with new ideas to make it easier and better to use?

And I like to tinker with this kind of thing, lighting. (I'm the guy on the fire department that everyone comes to to install warning lights and sirens.)

I agree. Sometimes I just look for things to change, adjust or build on the tractor.

I do not think I could have a tractor without a welder, cutting torches, taps and dies etc..

I wonder what came first? The chicken or the egg, The welder or the tractor?

(Glad to see no one is drilling or welding to ROP)
