Bradco 3265 not much power

I have a Bradco 3265 backhoe that I hooked up to my farmpro 2425 25 hp with a pto pump that puts out 5 GPM. The unit is very slow and jumpy. I did not take off the inline filters from the backhoe yet as I did not want to damage the unit. Im I supposed to take these filters off to provide better flow? I have a 4.8 gallon tank that supplies the hydro fluid with a filter coming off the tank. Does anyone have experience with this type of unit?

How does the fluid look? Is it milky or foamy looking? Have you changed the filter?

Ok, how about the filter then???

You may need to plumb a gauge into the system to verify the proper pressure is being reached.
