Need help

I have a JD 318 with mower deck and plow I picked up last year . I want to take the deck off and put the plow on it . I had a friend do this for me last year ,but he is no longer available
I have looked at it and every thing looks easy enough . But would like some guidence .If the deck was not there I could put the plow on ,as I figured that out . Also do I have to remove the mule when I take the deck off .?

I love this tractor it is better then some of the new stuff thats out there

Definitely, leave the mule attached.

Take the mule drive off! Without the mower deck attached it will fall off anyway. Make sure you also remove the lift brackets under the tractor and store them with the mower.

Once you get the mower off, the plow fits on the front frame pretty easy. The hardest part will be lining up the frame of the blade with the frame of the tractor and getting everything latched on. Doesn't take very long, but your first time will be a little bit of a struggle.

Doh! Sorry, too early in the AM for me. Indeed, take the mule off if going to a mower.
