5130 PTO Troubles

While brush hogging grass pto jumped out, and tractor will barely pull itself. Changed filter, now everything works fine except pto, just makes a howl when engaged. Removed from tractor, after checking pressures (260-290psi) to pto clutch pack, pto valve works, can engage clutch pack with 120 psi air pressure. Reassembled, pto is still inoperative. Stumped by this one, anybody have suggestions?

Since your from Alaska, maybe it is frozen up? Gotta expect something like that from a guy from Florida....

Finally got it fixed, found pto valve leaking enough that the clutch pack would'nt overcome the brake. Replaced the valve and it works beautiful. So I guess it wasn't froze up afterall.L.O.L.
