Locked Differential

Shibaura 2803T: Had to lock the differential to get out of a bog. Now the right wheel is still locked. Does anyone know how to unlock the differential so my tractor can go faster? Thanks -- Jesse

The locking mechanism is spring-loaded. Assuming your pedal is not
stuck down (or the linkage is not bound up), all you usually have to do
is drive the tractor around while turning. If that is not enough, then
try left-only and right-only braking while driving the tractor. It will make
a distinct 'bang' when it disengages. Good luck.
