No TNT for me.
It would interfere with my backhoe set-up. And I really never need to change top link before.

:confused::confused:You take the cylinders and 3PH off to mount the backhoe...how would it "be in the way"?

Knight,

Yes, that valve would work. If you need detent, there is a kit over to the right of the page.

I don't take anything off to mount the three point hitch.
I just use my top link for extra support and rather it not be a heavy hydraulic cylinder...... I just don't see any need for top cylinder. I don't really need to change angle and if I do, that one time, then I use the manual one.

JJ why did you mention detent? If I am using the the cylinder to angle a box scraper or rake, what would detent do for me? Float?
If you say float, than how does that work?

Float essentially lets the cylinder go to the limits in an up and down situation, but if you are going to use it just to angle something, it doesn't serve a big purpose other than to let the blade pull it self to the end and stop such as the max angle on say a scraper blade. Some Mowers will use float mode, and others are set by chain. On some things, you may want some down pressure.

If you ever have a hydraulic motor driven implement, a valve with motor spool detent will let the motor run until you pull it back to neutral.

When a valve goes into detent, it will lock into that position. On that valve you showed, the kit could be added at any time.
