On the 403 rotary cutter which has no drain plug, I tip it up on the side of the drain hole supported by blocks and with a couple straps from a lift beam in the shop. Turns the fill hole into the drain hole. That position also allows me to service the blades and other under the deck pieces. Do the same with my tiller kinda, hanging it from the torque tube. Makes oil changes easy and tine maintenance. Dont have pics of the mower on its side but here is a pic of the tiller hung for maintenance.
